The Successful Candidate:
We are searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Assistant Store Manager for our Charlestown store to assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and take ownership of the store in their absence. We are looking for someone who:

Is a self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with customers and team members
Driven to succeed and achieve store targets/KPIs
Has a vibrant and bright personality
Can actively engage with members of the public and encourage them to take a hearing test
Has flexible working hours – 7 day flexibility is desirable

The Duties:
You will be required to:

Actively encourage customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing and use the Touch Screen Test;
Schedule and follow up appointments for potential customers to meet our Clinician
Drive sales and KPIs with the team
Provide support to the customer, Clinician and Store Manager
Build rapport with new and current customers;
Ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager.

MOBILE TOUCH SCREEN OPERATOR - NORTH BRISBANE AREA

Bay Audio - we are the hearing experts leading the way for hearing solutions. Having opened 17 stores in 2017 alone, gave us an amazing 65 stores across NSW, QLD, VIC and the ACT. Our business has forecasted plans to grow beyond 100 stores by 2020 with visions of having in excess of 150 stores!

As part of our growth we are looking for the right candidate to be part of our vision to fill the role of one of our Mobile Touch Screen operators. Operating out of a variety of controlled locations around the North Brisbane area you with be the face and representation of Bay Audio generating cold leads for us.

About the Role:

Working out of events, trade shows with pop-up stands as well as in a regular shopping environment (i.e.: Chemist, malls)
Actively encouraging the passing public to have a quick free 5 minutes hearing test on the iPads
Face-to-face interactions - this means approaching people!
Promoting our business brand to all customers who consider out services
Booking eligible customers for our Audiologist (who are located in our stores)
Regular communication between the Sales and Operation Manager

Skills and Experience
