To be considered for this role you will hold:-
• A post graduate degree in Audiology or Certificate IV in Audiometry
• Current registration with the relevant Audiology/Audiometry boards of Australia
• QP Number to be able to provide services to OHS customers
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a practicing Audiologist/Audiometrist

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate:-
• An ability to build an immediate rapport with customers, and help potential customers overcome concerns they may be experiencing 
• That you can confidently promote the many benefits that a hearing aid device offers to customers in line with their needs (including binaural fusion technology and high end devices)
• That you are able to provide a fantastic hearing care and retail experience
• That you ensure full compliancy to all standard operating procedures 
• That you can competently assess buyer behaviour and customer needs and can educate, inform and overcome objections clearly and simply
• That you have a proven track record of ensuring high conversion ratios

You will be someone who:-

• Has strong influencing skills and can identify needs through both verbal and non verbal cues and structured questioning techniques
• Has a consultative sales approach which incorporates diagnosis of customer needs, identifying a solution, establishing a value with the customer and negotiating a win-win solution
• Has a passion to ensure that all our customers experience an exceptional service, fantastic after care all the time, every time!
