We have an opportunity for an engaging Sales & Operations Manager to lead our network of stores in NSW & QLD to success.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for:
- Provide support and guidance throughout the network of stores;
- Influence performance and achievement of targets through collaborative people management;
- Provide advice, information and support to the National Operations Manager;
- Achievement of financial performance and maintenance of budgets;
- Travel will be necessary.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous retail experience;
- A proven track record in effective people management;
- Commercial acumen, including reporting and financial knowledge;
- The ability to contribute to strtegic planning;
- The ability to juggle tasks to meet shifting deadlines.
